What does your day look like as a Senior Project Manager
- You align with business and IT stakeholders to clarify needs, requirements, and processes.
- You translate business strategy into a realistic ERP project roadmap.
- You monitor scope, timing, risks, and budgets, and adjust where needed.
- You coordinate external vendors and ensure they deliver according to agreements.
- You follow up on integrations with other platforms (CRM, e-commerce, POS, …).
- You translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- You monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- You facilitate workshops and help teams reach decisions.
- You communicate clearly to steering committees and management.
- You support change management and ensure that end users embrace the changes.
Where you make the difference
Your experience
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in consulting or complex client environments.
- Experience with ERP implementations or other essential business applications.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and IT platforms (ERP, CRM, integrations, …).
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
Your skills
- You bring calm, structure, and overview to complex trajectories.
- You communicate clearly, from operational teams to C-level.
- You dare to challenge clients and vendors constructively.
- You are pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
- You are passionate about creating real business value.
- You take ownership and aren’t afraid to make decisions.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus).
