ACOMPANY trained the SCK CEN researchers in the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) 6.1™ methodology.
The workshops were prepared based on a task appraisal and a clear task summary to ensure the right focus and objectives. Multiple co-design sessions were facilitated with the resource group to identify the main barriers and jointly create feasible solutions aligned with the participants’ reality.
The outcomes directly contributed to academic research at the University of Antwerp, resulting in a scientific publication. The approach was later successfully replicated by SCK CEN in other European countries.
