The Digital Transformation scan you are about to fill in helps give a clear view of your organization’s challenges and focus points. The scan is based on the learnings of 60 years of Research & Implementation of the CPS 6.1™ framework and diagnoses your organization from four different angles.
The scan contains 20 questions, and for each angle, there are 3 specific multiple-choice questions and two open-ended questions about positive contributions and challenges.
After you fill in the scan, you receive an email with the report. This gives you insight into your current situation and describes possible next steps pragmatically.
